I agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions*,
I represent and warrant that I have obtained consent from my friend(s) or loved one(s) named in this form to disclose his/her/their contact details to UOB for UOB to contact him/her/them to promote UOB Property Loans;
I hereby authorise United Overseas Bank Limited ("UOB") to disclose my name to my friend(s) or loved one(s) named in this form; and.
I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally undertake:-
1. not to discuss with or explain to or agree or disagree with or initiate or enter into any such discussion or explanation or agreement or disagreement with or advise any party on any matters in relation to or in connection with any credit or banking facilities products and/or packages or any of its features offered by UOB including, but not limited to, the pricing package terms and conditions of the said facilities, the repayment details and amounts, the interest rate, fees and charges payable; and
2. to immediately notify such persons that he/she/they should seek clarification from UOB on the same.
I shall indemnify UOB for all losses or damages which UOB may suffer as a result of a breach of the above and UOB shall be entitled to claim from me and I shall refund to UOB on demand all sums equal to the rewards given to me in relation to the referral.
